It is the policy of Creative Children Therapy Inc. to
provide service to all persons without regard to race,
color, national origin, disability, religious creed,
ancestry, sex, sexual orientation or age. The same
requirements are applied to all, and there is no distinction
in eligibility for, or in the manner of providing services.
All services are available without distinction to all
program participants regardless of race, color, national
origin, disability, religious creed, ancestry, sex,
sexual orientation or age. This policy statement is in accordance with the provision of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, the American with Disabilities Act of 1990, Regulations of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services issued pursuant to the acts, Title 45 Code of Federal Regulations Part 80, 84, 91 and other applicable Federal, State and Local Laws and Regulations.
